So we are attempting to hatch 16 large dark cornish on or about the first of may. Day one was 4-11-11. We have lots of little 3 and 4 year old helpers and if i make it thru the next 19 days without pulling my hair out I'll be happy. We have a Little Giant 9200. I have installed a fan that i pilfered from an old computer and I aimed the fan upward. I then tested the whole contraption. After about a week of testing we felt confortable to set eggs. We purchased them from Ebay and they arrived in bubble wrap. Very well packaged. None broken. We kept them at about 60 degrees and rotated them for approx 4 days (had to get one last camping trip in before im married to an incubator) All told the eggs were about 7 days old when we started incubation. So far so good. Temp and humidity holding good even with all the opening and turning help I get. We havent even dropped any yet (touch wood). So whos with us?
