Maybe she is a he!?

Hi, my polish frizzle seems to be growing alot quicker than my other Polish. I'm not sure if it's because of the 'frizzle' or that she may actually be a he. I have attached a couple of pictures. I would have thought from the look of her/him that it looks like a he but she/he seems to be at the bottom of the pecking order which makes me think she. Quite timid, last to get the food etc. They are about 6-7 weeks old Any thoughts would be appreciated!
