Maybe sick Buff Orp?

Our two year old Buff Orpington (sp?) is sitting in the coop today and refusing to get off the roost. Any idea what may be up and how worried we should be?

Some more information:

We got her out of the coop and have her isolated with some food and water. She cannot stand and her legs seem to hurt her. She's otherwise ok.

Help!!??!

Has she been exposed to any other chickens lately?

If she looks sick, it could be botulism. If not , it could be a vitamin deficiency. There's not really enough information to guess here.
