I had given up on Christmas this year - too poor and too much stress. My kids had already accepted the situation. My parents, my church, and my community, however, didn't give up on our Christmas. The outpouring of generosity has been magical, just amazing. I am feeling very humble and very grateful.

When alot of the friends know how Christmas is going to be for you, you would be very surprise how FAST they will get back to you on those gifts. I love the thought behind it!

I was once that way....I was expecting my dd at that time and I didn't have a job and hubby had a part time job.
