MD vaccine directions. I am a bit confused.

Hello everyone. I have a question about the process of vaccinating. I know my flock had been exposed to Mareks & I have lost a few over the past 7 or 8 months. (Mareks confirmed 6 weeks ago) . I bought the vaccine a few days ago and I plan to vaccinate any new chick we hatch this year. My question is, how do I use the vaccine if the hatches are a week or so apart? It sounds like from the directions, the vial must be used within 1 hour. I was hoping to refrigerate the unused portions & vaccinate each new chick when they hatch. Can anyone tell me the correct answer? Also can/should I vaccinate my turkeys & ducks? I have mamas setting now. Thanks for any input.
