Im 65 years old and we live a simple life on our little homestead. My husband and I have 35 chickens, 2 roosters, 4 Turkeys, 12 guineas and 8 ducks plus 0ne bunny and 2 dogs and a cat. Not to mention I'm.incubating ducks and chicks eggs.
We also raise meat birds for our family's consumption. We plant a large garden and I do canning and pickling.
Thinking of getting goats again. They are so much fun and I like their milk for cheese and soaps etc plus drinking.
