Mean pullet

I have an 12-13 week old BR that is mean all of a sudden. She got stuck behind the massive lay box I built and I don't know how long she was there. I have since removed it. As soon as I got her free she was fine, walking eating and drinking. However its been about 2-3 weeks and since then she is mean! She was my favorite and super sweet. Now whenever I go in to feed them she attacks my feet. I have to take the broom with me every time I go in. Today she tried to escape when I was filling the water. Is there anything I can do? Is there a chance it could get worse? Thanks
