Mean rooster pulling feathers out of hens head and neck

I have only ever had one rooster with my girls. Well, one of my cochin chicks turned out to be a rooster and he's a mean little devil. He is constantly trying to mate with my black polish and now she's lost a big patch of feathers on each side of her neck and the lower part of her crest. Can this be stopped or should I just rehome him? I had no problems with my flock until he started in with this.

just bucher him if you dont he will do the same to any persons chickens its the only way

Our chickens are our family pets, so we don't do any butchering. Heck, we just had to have a funeral last week for my girls favorite chicken. Butchering just isn't an option for us.
