I have a mean serama rooster he attacks me alot is there a way I can fix him?

Some people claim that you can make them calmer by humiliating them and carrying them around, but I don't believe that.

You can try picking him up when he attacks and carrying him or holding him down on the ground until he settles, it might work but in general, no.

Sorry, no. Mean rooster are protecting their ladies. They see you as a threat. Here the mean roosters get tamed with the hatchet.

Think of it this way, if you have multiple roosters there is always an alpha. Why is that? Because someone has gotten their butt whipped.

Oh I know I replied to several of this ops threads. How they think things are going to get better when they don't give better is beyond me. But I replied with what I know. I just hope they soon see what they have going on isn't working and hurting the birds.

I too have a mean Serama rooster.. to other roosters. Yet I have dealt with larger mean roosters. One trick that I did and it did work for a time but you have to keep doing it. Though this technique you want to be gentler because Seramas are so tiny. Soon as he attacks you grab him and pin him to the ground. Making sure his head is to the ground. This is similar to rooster behavior about establishing dominance. I have good success with this but its not a permanent fix.
