mean young bird

I am just getting into the whole chicken scene and have many questions, everyone has been so helpful here!

I got 5 peeps about a month ago, straight run, so I am not sure what I have but one appears to be growing his crown much faster and is mean, always pecking at the others, raising the feathers on the back of his neck and acting aggressive. Should I get rid of that bird now, or wait to see if it gets better. I am not sure how I would unload him (pretty sure its a him) I have some farmer friends, what do you do with mean birds?

The last time I had chicks. I had a mean BA pullet. So aggressive it gave me pause. She eventually calmed down and was a pretty mellow hen.

Well, the chick is pretty young yet.....I wouldn't do anything yet unless he/she actually hurts the other chicks.
