I live in south carolina. This has been as especially bad year for fire ants because of all of the rain. Mounds are everywhere. I moved my Cornish Rock crosses to a tractor yesterday but now I am terrified the ants will get them. These birds are so slow moving and sluggish I am afraid they won't be able to survive in the tractor and the wire bottom pen that they were in is too small for them. Advise is most appreciated!
