I don't want to mess with CX and I tried FR and think they are too expensive. I have tried Rosambro's which I liked alot and Kosher Kings which I also liked allot. Both were much cheaper than the FR and both performed as well or better than the FR. I was just wondering if anyone out there has tried any other birds that they like besides those listed above. 2.00 for a bird is rather expensive to me when I can get KK for .60 cents or 1.05 for Rosambro's. I am looking for a couple other types to try would like to try the Redbro if anyone has any experience with them and wondering what thier cost is these days and who carries them. I don't mean to complain but it seems like everyone on here is in some kind of love fest with the FR. Not saying its a bad bird just over priced in my opinion. I have some local resturants that want a steady supply on non-CX meat birds and cost is obviously a factor.
