The Turducken is really good. My daughter bought one for Christmas two years ago. Real tasty with corn bread dressing.

I stuff a turduckhen for special family celebrations. First completely debone whole turkey, then duck,and chicken,leaving the entire skins intact. lay the duck onto the spread out seasoned turkey then add seasoning,then chicken and rest of seasoning , roll them into a tight roll and tie together with a string. Roast untill center is fully cooked. A ROYAL FEAST to die for !!! Enjoy !

I have wanted to try it..Perhaps next year. I'll have a turkey and a chicken and definately a few quail..Dunno about ducks, lol
