Meat chick with growth over eye

we have 26 meat chicken that are currently 9 days old. We have one that we’ve quarantined that has a small growth over the top of one of its eyes. Any ideas what this is? TIA

Anyone seen anything like this before? We are a little concerned hoping it’s not a dry pox or something of the sorts that will spread to the other chicks.
