meat spots?

I candled some of my eggs today (day 2) to see if they where good or not (i know it is probably to early to tell) but one of the eggs looks like it might have a meat spot in it.. although i am not sure if it isnt just the embryo starting to grow or not because a lot of the other ones i can already see the embryo start growing. i just have never had an egg that looked like it had a meat spot in it.. so could it still hatch if it develops?
