Butchered today. Out of 12, ended up with 7 (2 processed earlier) These were 9 weeks old shy 1 day. 1 Roo, rest hens.

Not bad I reckon, would have liked to have seen if I could have stayed under 6 bags if all 12 had made it to the end. The last 3 weeks they free ranged right along with the Freedom Rangers, and for the most part, free ranged very well for what they are (Cornish X). The next batch I do I will keep better records of feed and control things so that they are the only ones who get that feed. Sometimes they would get pushed around and other birds would chow down lol!
