ok If you have like 5 hens in with about 40 pullets is it ok to eat the eggs if they eat some of the medicated starter grower sometimes.

Check the label to see what it's medicated with. If it's Amprolium it's fine, they can eat it and you can eat the eggs from them no problem.

If it ends in -cillin or -mycin or starts with sulfa, it's not great but won't kill them. You may need to discard the eggs though.

ok i checked it and it says active drug ingredient is amprolium. So you are saying the eggs are ok to eat then

ok,since I am feeding hens and pullets at the same place and time would it be ok to mix the starter grower with the layer untill the pullets start laying
