Medicines to keep on hand???

I am new to keeping chickens. We got 7 last Saturday 3 more yesterday. My husband is building the coop, hopefully it will be done by the time the chicks are ready to be moved. My question is this, what medicines should I keep on hand in case of illness in the chickens?
Also where can I buy the medicine?

I love this board and the help it gives. I want to be prepared for everything.
