Mediocre hatch and weak late chick

Hi all, I just had my first bad hatch. Only 6 of 17 eggs hatched and they were all late. I believe it’s related to the deep cleaning I had to do after an acquaintance borrowed my incubator and gave it back absolutely filthy. I think the humidity measurement is off.

Anyway, they were a bunch of OE. The last to hatch on day 24 took forever and had some umbilical cord attached to it and the eggshell. It also couldn’t get off its back. I removed the rest of the chicks and it’s in the incubator alone. I eventually snipped off the cord close to the egg where it had dried a bit. I put it in a dish overnight so it stayed off its back. It is able to stand now but spends 99% of its time sleeping. Every once in awhile it stands up, looks around, and takes a couple steps, but then lies back down to sleep. It made all sorts of racket during and after the hatch but is very quiet now. Should I continue to leave it to rest or should I pull it out and give it nutri-drench and B-12 right away? It’s about 15 hours old.

Ok will do right now. Should it go back into the incubator after that? Guessing it’s too weak to be with hatch mates in the brooder with a heat plate?
How much older are the other chicks? If they are the same age it may be fine. I'd put it in and observe for a while to see how it does.

They were from the same hatch just much more spritely. I originally pulled them since they were pecking at the membrane a lot while this one was trying to hatch. I put them in with three small 2-week old lavender ameraucanas who are intimidated by the little OE’s haha.
