Meeting Next Week to Change Chicken Law

I need any help or advice you can offer. I am meeting with the village board in our relatively smallish village in Wisconsin to petition to allow chickens. Last fall, the village board sent notice to us that we had one week to get rid of our chickens. They said that chickens are not allowed under any circumstances. They are allowed in all surrounding areas. They are even allowed in the surrounding cities. I guess this topic has been brought to the board before and they refused to change their minds. I'm hoping that this time I can make them change their minds. Help much appreciated!
