(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I got chickens a year ago and am pretty new to it.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have 3 silkies 2 hens and one rooster. I also just hatched some new chicks that are also silkies.
(3) What breeds do you have?
I have silkies.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I love to go outside and collect the eggs. It is really cool to hatch your own eggs when you have a rooster around.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I like snowmobiling, planting gardens and lots of other things.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have a dog, 2 cats and some silkies that I call my pets.
