Membership Question

Okay, I renewed my membership last week and I STILL am now a "Gold Feather" member. How long does it take?

Not normally this long.

When inquiring about a membership status, please email store @ backyardchickens.com (remove spaces) with your real name, email address you used to make your membership purchase and approximate date of your purchase.
It makes it easier to search the records.

Sorry about that. I updated your membership on Feb 6th and for some reason it didn't hold. I did it again last week and it undid again.

If you have any more problems, please do as Flockwatcher suggests. Otherwise I probably won't see it. I just happened across this post.
