I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of or tried the Metabolic Research Centers? I was listening to my favorite radio station and they claimed to have a guarantee of losing 2-5 lbs. per week and they had a guarantee that they would help you get to your ideal weight for your body type.
I'm debating using it because I'm sort of stuck in a rut. When I exercise, I only gain weight. I have no idea why? No matter what type of exercise, it's immediate weight gain.
Anyway, I've changed my diet, changed everything practically, but am stuck at going ridiculously slow. Has anyone tried this and if so, were you successful at all?
