Meyer?

I got two pullets from them this summer. I thought they looked like good Barred Rocks initially, but now not so much. I know they are hatchery quality, and bred for production, but I am not sure if I will want to breed them. All in all, they had the best pricing and availability at the time, and I am a happy customer, but next time I will buy from Cackle, because I want good breeding stock.

I had a very good experience with them this spring and would order again. Be aware that they sell out of some in-demand breeds very quickly, but as the season progresses, they also get a lot of cancellations. So you can watch the website, see changing availability by breed, and add to your order. Customer service was excellent, for me. You can read a lot of reviews here:
