MG???? Need help!!

My chickens foot is very swollen. I do not see a core on it. She is laying next to the heated water bowl and she almost feels sweaty? She is sitting with her feet under her. Her head is kind of pulled back, and her neck feathers are ruffled. The swollen foot started today.
Bumblefoot or MG??

Additional info - my hens free range but also have feed and water in the coop, and multiple waterers in our yard. I had a hen (over the summer) who’s eyes looked identical to this. She was coughing, sneezing, lethargic, had diarrhea, so I think she had MG? I did not cull my flock but she passed away. A different hen hatched 2 eggs from my own flock and I got 2 other chicks from orschelns after the first chick hatched so it would have some buddies (my two chicks hatched 1 week apart). I moved the container that these chicks (now almost 3 months old) into the coop 3 weeks ago. The older birds were not able to get to them, but could see them. On Saturday (2days ago) I put the 4 chicks into the coop with the rest of the birds. Yesterday, 3 of the chicks were exploring outside the coop and they all followed me about 75’ back into the coop. Today, this hen has a swollen foot, is limping, doesn’t want to stand, but she has ate and drank today, has moved around, but her posture is odd. Attached picture above. She is laying next to their heated waterer and she feels hot. Sweaty almost?

Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks all.

The picture I’m attaching isn’t mine, but that sick hens face and eye looked just like this birds’. She could see out of one eye but the other looked just like this birds.

It's not bumblefoot, it could maybe just be a trauma injury, but my best guess is that it's mycoplasma synoviae. Whatever the cause I think the best practice is to bring her inside to let her rest and hopefully recover (be careful of extreme temperature changes though if you live somewhere cold). Is it only one foot or both?
Any swelling of the leg and joint?

Have you looked at the top of her head for any abrasions or bruising?
A photo of both of her eyes would be good. If she's able to stand, a photo of both her legs while standing may be helpful as well.

Any lice/mites?
What do you feed including treats?

Inspect her foot and what I have circled - is that a wound or scab?
