mice in coop and run.

i put poison bait inside of pvc pipes,and laid boards over the pipes behind the coops.and i'am still seeing mice running in the runs and coops.any help would be appreciated .

I only drilled a hole on the end of each tote. It's worked like a charm; have trapped 15 mice in the last 7 days.
