We are just a new little homestead in Michigan, currently selling our eggs to neighbors and family. But next spring we are looking at getting some turkeys to sell for Thanksgiving and I am having quite a hard time finding the rules and laws regarding this.
What it looks like is that I can grow them here and as long as they are processed at a USDA slaughter house- this is ok- but I want to make sure.
Anyone know who to contact to find these rules and regulations?
