Middle toe going inward

Hello, I have a baby turkey for the first time, around 3 weeks old. I noticed last night while cleaning the brooder his middle toe is going inward. Is this normal?

No it's not normal but does happen. Sometimes it is because the toe got broken and sometimes it is genetic.

Looks genetic to me since it is both feet.
