My 2 acers of land is being overridden with bugs and I heard that runner ducks would be best for that.Ive already raised ducks before but want to know if there is any special requirements for them and if its true that they seem to farage better then other ducks.(this is only for people who have or have owned runner ducks!!!)

I know my runnersare always chasing something or another in the grass. I've never had them alone so I couldn't tell you if they do better with others, but you need to have at least two ducks anyways to keep them from getting depressed. I love my runners though. They're pretty quiet and cute to boot! There's not really any special requirements. Food and clean water everyday and a safe place to spend the night.

my welsh harliquins do the most bug eating. my runners also do well but my welsh eat way more

I know that I have to get more than one,ill probibly get 3 females and 1 male and ill incubate the eggs under my bantams,then ill raise the male chicks for meat and have the females for eggs.

My runner is the best fly catcher, but other creepy crawlies are gobbled up by my Welshies and my buff mutt.
