Well I have fifteen ducks at the moment, four waiting for their new home to be ready. I have a Female Cayuga and a Female black swed, and they are so MEAN! I mean thay are ok with me, they dont bite me or anything but they are so darn hateful to my other ducks!

They run from my very "active" drakes. But when I let my 8 ducklings , all a little over a month old, and my buff female and my three other girls ( magpie, cayuga, black swed) out to "free range" a little during the day, the cayuga and black swed chase and try to grab ahold of my buff and her babies constantly! its like if they just get a glimspe of them they are immediantly running and chasing them!

i dont want any rudness like this in my flock. Im thinking that it might consist with the faact that these two black demons are at least twice the size of their victims. So, should I get rid of them?

One thing might want to mention. Out of the three girls ( magpie, cayuga, black swed) one is laying. they are all the same age but one is laying and i cant figure out which. I dont know why they other two arent laying yet

Mine didn't start laying all at once either. With my three hens born last April the first started late August, the second late September, and the third at the end of October.
Maybe once the little ones get bigger when you put them all together things will be better balanced. Give them a reasonable period of adjustment, and if they can't settle down then get rid of just one and see if that changes things. I would hate to get rid of hens because it's so much harder to fix the male/female ratio.

Right now the ratio is 8 girls to 3 boys - soon to be two boys. My oldest male isnt a big horn dog like the young boys. He is more of a protector. And with his crippled foot and being at least 8 when I rescued him, im not sure how much longer he will live

So If I get rid of the two girls. 6 girls to 3 boys.

I bought them specifically for my young drake, but I want to be able to let them all have run of the two pens I have for them, instead of seperating them into groups. but with these two Im not sure if I can do that.

My magpie Sharpie is a sweet girl though, and im not sure how she would react to losing her friends.
