Might move up north for college

Last summer i took a roadtrip to Idaho with my Aunt Bo. She 'lives' in Garden City and i toured the Campus of Boise State. I loved it there and am now considering applying there for college in Fall of 2011. My Aunt is a truck driver so she is never at her house and says i could live there if i take care of the house. I was wondering if anyone knows the chicken pollicy of Boise/Garden City? The yard was big enough for at least 2 or 3 hens i believe. I doubt i would have some the first year but i love fresh eggs so i know i'd like some eventually.

I think it's a law that you have to provide fur coats for your chickens in the Idaho winters.

Lol If i dont freeze to death the first year i'm there the chicks will be fine. Texas winters are a FAR cry from Idaho's. I'll adjust....I hope
