Have only seen one Rattle Snake crossing this year. This afternoon at about 4:30 PM about 70-75 yrds down the road. Same direction going from North to South every year at this time when the air is hot and muggy. Roughly three and a half feet with 8 rings and a button. Not a shabby rattle for a three and a half footer

Interesting! I've never seen a rattler myself but I know they pop up in driveways around my neighborhood
