Milford Nh chicken swap: rooster question

]Hello, Im new to this board, I have two roosters that were suposed to be hen's ;>) both are 10 months old. One is a little white silky that is very beatiful and non aggressive. The other is a silver/white and red Easter Egger which is also very non-aggressive but dominant male. These are truely beatiful chickens but I have limited space. I was thinking of taking them to the Milford NH swap tomorrow to give free to a good home. is there paper work that I have to do If I am giving them away? I think either one would be good show birds for someone doing 4-H.
