I use milk jug feeders, too. And during the winter, I use milk jug waterers in my bantam pens. Super easy to bust the ice out of them.
When they wear out and spring a leak...just grab another one. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM! I do use regular waterers during the summer, though.
