what do you mean...?

a porcelain is a mille fleur with the self blue dilute gene...

for instance... i have a trio of mille fleur OEGB... the rooster and one of the hens (i wish i knew witch one) are split for lavender/self blue... so every once in a while i will get a porcelain OEGB out of them... like this last hatch...

simple...

btw... if you get a mille fleur and cross it with a porcelain you will get 100% mille fleur... but they will be split for porcelain...

hope that helps...

and i didn't feel like editing...

yeah, i'm that lazy...

When it comes to showing Duccles in mille fleur and porcelian breeders often keep them together! the porcelian variety have superb color but weak feather quality and the millefleur often become weak in color but have superb feather quality, so in order to balance the feather quality and color out these two varieties are crossed!

But yes porcelians are a lavender gened Mille Fleur
