Mille fleur d'ucclas, sexing?

My millie Fleurs that I hatched out two weeks ago (can my babies be so old already!!) Are starting to feather out. How soon can you tell male from female? Crystal

PS. I also have porcalin 'd'ucclas so if you can tell how to sex them I would appreceate it . C
