Since Mille fleur d'uccle weigh only 1 pound as adults and are the size of pigeons, can I just I just combine two 40" long dog crates for them? And can I place a coated wire flooring (PVC coated hardware cloth) for them to make cleaning easier for me?

I still feel that they require at least 2.5 sq feet in the coop and 8 sq ft in the run (bare minimum).

I don’t really understand what you are asking about with the dog crates. Could you make a visual of it and explain it a bit more clearly?

Some people keep bantam pairs in large dog crates/kennels

I agree with @Folly's place - wire flooring is not easier to clean than a smooth, waterproof floor with plenty of bedding on top.

I'm assuming your plan is to keep them and their coop inside the house? Will they have a run and access to the outdoors?

Ours lived outside with standard chickens for years. They are not fragile like Silkies!
