I know this is still young, but I NEED to know.

Roo or Pullet.. This baby is 2.5 weeks old in this photo taken yesterday, she/he turns 3 weeks tomorrow or the next day. I pray she is a pullet. I want to keep her so badly.

I would say Pullet fast feathers and no signs of red in the comb. Two more weeks will show for sure.

I'm leaning towards pullet too. It's too early to say for sure, but our d'Uccle roo matured early and was clearly a boy at 4 weeks old. So there isn't too much longer to wait.
