Millie Chick help!?!

Can anyone tell me how if possible to sex Millie chicks. If it is not possible about how long will it take for me to tell the difference? And what should I be looking for?

I have about 18-19 chicks right now and they develop their combs rather quickly, in just a few weeks time. I seem to notice too that the pullets are a very light golden color when hatched and the cockerels much darker, but that's not scientific!!

Just my crazy observation.
