Mini Dome yellow incubator thingy???

Oh man am I kicking my own butt right now. LOL Well it is a learning opportunity for the girls and some of the things I by to regulate it I will be able to use again when I make my own so no harm no fowl I guess. I just hope at least one hatches or DH will be devastated and won't want to hatch again.

If you have a basement set it up down thier. The ground always stays at 55 degrees, so thier wont be much fluctuation in temp, unless your furnace is in the basement. :|

I was similar - i got a covattuto 12 eco incubator off ebay and it holds up to 12 hen eggs. I couldnt find a lot of positive reviews about it but mine seems to be working perfect. Temp has held constantly and has an in built thermostat. Also the hunidity seems to be fine throughout as i have a hudrometer in there also.

I started with 6 eggs off ebay and its now the end of day 8 and 2 are developing. I know this isnt a good percentage but the eggs were already about a week laying before they were put into the incubator as it came late. The two seem to be developing fine and seem to be doing summersaults in their shells lol.

UPDATE UPDATE BIL saw my sorry excuse for an incubator LOL and I showed him missprissy's . He said " I have half that stuff at my house when are your eggs coming?" I told him in a few days well long story short we are building my incubator tomorrow YEAH YEAH YEAH!!!!!!
