Mini Donkeys are very entertaining! And boy can they be BRATS!!! I have had mine for 5 yrs now and every day it is something new with him! He has no problem picking a fight with our 15'2 h Appy gelding. and then runs braying like his life is being threatened when Taz turns and runs him off. They are a mess!

One very important thing to check before you bring him home - see if you have a local vet that treats Mini donkeys. We recently had a very bad scare of colic and the vets here really didnt want to do much but offer to put him down. Our regular vet was out of state and Thank God Banamine on hand - God was watching after JJ and gave him back to us on the 5th day of sever colic.
