I'm new to chickens, and I want to ensure nothing outside endangers my beautiful 7-year-old Pionus.
Anyone with parrots or other indoor birds have a tried and true protocol for minimizing contagion?
So far I keep all shoes outdoors, wash hands with hot water and dish soap after working outside, and never wear especially soiled/dusty clothes back into the house.
