Hi, hope someone can give me a bit of info,
I've got some sebright chicks & they're growing really quickly. When i got them i was told they were 1 male(big red, triangle shaped comb) & 6 females.I moved them to a larger coop a few weeks ago & everything was going great, all happily eatting & growing but 1 of the 'females' is now a bit larger than the male & seems to be bullying him a bit - he isn't standing up to her- he just ducks down until she struts off.As soon as the male ducks down she struts off to do her own thing.Could 'she' be a 'he' (no sign of a crest yet)

Photos would be a big help. Front view to show combs and side view standing, so we can check for other gender features. How old are they?

Hi everyone, thanks for your replies, tried to find my camera to send some pics of the sebrights but moved house a few weeks ago & it could be
anywhere,so had to get some pics on my fone so not great quality but will have a go,ok so the 'girl' in question is the top & the male futher down. They were suposed to be 4-8 weeks old when i got them but i think they were younger-i've had them for 4 weeks now so they should be 8-12 weeks but i did have to put 2 very small chicks under heat for 3 weeks.
I've included a silkie chick pic that was hopefully female(bought at the same time) but after reading loads of threads i reacon its fairly safe to say that 'she' is definately 'he'-will becalling him 'Jack Sparrow'
