We were told thus was a legbar x wheaten maran, but is looking a lot like our Swedish flower now!

Any thoughts on if breed is correct. She's 8 weeks and I'm suspecting she's also a cockerel not a hen?

Any ideas?

I'm no expert on the breeds, but a quick google search has me agreeing with your assessment of a Swedish Flower. However, that wattle and comb at 8 weeks has me disagreeing with the "she" part of this.
