I was told she was an “Americana” pullet, but the single comb and yellow legs are telling otherwise. Any ideas? Maybe a brown leghorn? I’m only guessing.
Thanks!

Even with yellow legs and non pea comb? Could an EE have yellow legs with non pea comb?

Do you know which hatchery they cam from? Or which store?

It is certainly a pullet, and I am going go with either cinnamon queen, or a prairie bluebell (depending on the hatchery)

Brown leghorn will usually have different hackles than this one, but otherwise the plumage is good.

Ok disregard the prairie bluebell because of the yellow legs. I am wagering Cinnamon Queen here.

Because of the red shoulders and irregular pattern on the wings with red blotches- my guess is cockerel.

That said, the hybrid breeds Starlights, Prairies... the cockerel pattern rules may have gone out the window...

Nice looking bird though- looks like it's thriving (and a nice coop/run)!
