Miss Prissy...Goose Eggs day 25

I have 1 Toulouse egg on day 25. When do I stop turning the egg, on day 27 or 26? Also, do I keep misting up till it pips? Usually I let the mothers hatch the eggs so I am not sure.

I stopped turning on day 26 and raised the humidity to 85%. I continued to mist and open the bator for 15 min daily until I saw a pip. I did not touch the egg. After I saw a pip no opening the bator. The bator stayed closed and the humidity high.
