Missed rooster crow!

So our 7-week old rooster, Fred, crowed yesterday and I missed it! I'm in Michigan on business until Thursday!

DB said it sounded horrible. hee hee. He said he'll take the phone into the chicken coop tonight so I can hear it.

I can't believe I missed it!

Oh man, sorry you missed it! Those first crows sound like someone being murdered. They are so funny. Do you have a tape recorder at home? i caught mine on tape so i could play it back for family and friends.

First time my Polish crowed, i was inside talking with my sister. i heard a noise that sounded like maybe a little girl fell down and was screaming in pain. Ran out to find Ricki standing up tall and proud as he let out another one.
