Misshapen egg

I’m a relatively new chicken owner. Wondering if you can help identify the cause of this misshapen egg. Laid by a pearl white leghorn, 2 yeArs old. Thank you!

I have no idea. I've seen a range of weird eggs all the way to shell less. I wouldn't worry about it.

That looks like a soft shell egg that got pecked a couple of times. The shell dries and the pecks remain. Softies happen from time to time. Make sure your girls have oyster shell available (in a dish by the feeder) all the time. When you cracked it did the shell seem thin to you?
