Missing a toe

I noticed that my speckled Sussex (Josie) is missing a toe on her right foot. No clue how it happened and besides walking with a limp she seems to be fine. Clean and not bleeding and seems to of already sealed the skin...
Is there anything I need to do about this? I noticed the limp the other day for the first time.

My rooster fights another rooster thru a fence. He has ripped off a toe or two, and both spurs. He limped the next day, and didn't walk the day after that. A day later he was chasin the girls. He's fine. I moved the other rooster. Some of mine were born with a toe missing.
