Missing drake feather ??

I have two Pekin who I am 99.99999 percent sure are one male and one female. The male is much larger, it's head is bigger, feet are thicker and it has a much more whispered quack then my super loud obvious female. But it has no drake feather? I got them in February, so I am assuming he really should by now, correct?

Yes, but they do not always get one. I had a drake just not get one one year, another of my drakes had two one time.
